Tunic: How to cure and increase maximum health

Healing and maximum health increase in tunic are very important if you are going to overcome the various battles of bosses along your adventure in the mystical world of the game. There are some ways in which you can cure and a very hidden way of increase your maximum health and this guide will explain how to do both.

Healing in tunic

To heal, you can use one of your health potion flasks, indicated in the upper right corner of the screen by pressing RB.

You will also find red berries by opening treasure chests around the world or visiting the spooky ghost seller of wolves that are in different places (such as the windmill).

Then you can open the inventory of it, assign them to one of your three facial buttons and then press it to use them when you need it. This is especially useful when you have emptied your jars of health potions.

Alternatively, you can immediately recharge your health bar and replenish your health potion flasks resting on one of the slut sanctuaries spread around the world (it is also shown in the image above).

However, keep in mind that every time you rest on one of these sanctuaries, all the enemies that you have defeated (except the battles against bosses) will reappear, as they do in a set of fromsoftware as Elden Ring or Dark Souls III.

Maximum increase in health

To increase your maximum health bar, you should visit one of those snack sanctuaries, press LB when you are in front of it and select the red flower element. Press A and while you have the orange currency with a diamond shape you get when killing enemies, you can sacrifice the object and deliver the coin to level up your HP.

Each of the elements in the lower right corner will increase one of your different statistics. Specifically for health, you want the pink / red flower, which we have locked in a circle in the image above.

Finding these flowers, along with the other elements that increase statistics, it is simply a case to explore the world and open several hidden treasure chests.
